No overselling, no guesswork — just a Ductwork Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Emergency dispatch available across Drumore and the surrounding zip codes.
Our Drumore dispatcher asks a few quick questions to gauge urgency and get you the fastest available window.
A licensed technician arrives, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong in plain language.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the company that tells you what actually needs fixing instead of what pads the ticket. We carry the credentials Drumore inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, residential or commercial.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Too many homeowners in Drumore have a story about a tech who showed up late, quoted one price, and charged another. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. Every dispatcher, every technician, and every follow-up call is held to the same standard, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Drumore is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
That local context saves time on every call, because we're not starting from zero on basic questions about your neighborhood or your system. It also means faster escalation when something's urgent — a local dispatcher can reroute the nearest truck in minutes, not hours.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Drumore techs handle it with the same level of care.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Drumore dispatch team moves emergency tickets to the front of the schedule so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Drumore homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Drumore homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Most installs in Drumore are completed in a single day, and we walk you through the new thermostat and any app controls before we leave.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Drumore, with service agreements built around your operating hours.
Property managers working with multiple Drumore locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
Most emergency breakdowns start as a small, ignorable warning sign months earlier. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle indoor air quality upgrades for homes with allergy or asthma concerns for Drumore households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Drumore get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
This is the standard every Drumore technician on our team is held to.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
We quote a flat rate before work begins and that number doesn't change once you approve it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
Catching these signs early usually means a same-day repair instead of an emergency call at the worst possible moment.
A healthy system runs with a consistent, low hum — banging, screeching, or grinding usually points to a loose part or failing motor.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
Our techs recognize brand-specific quirks instead of learning your system on the job.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
A snapshot of the feedback that keeps us accountable.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"They handled the whole install in a single day, exactly like they said they would. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Kept our kitchen running through the weekend rush."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. No overnight surcharge shock — the price matched what dispatch quoted me on the phone."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Drumore's seasonal swings put real stress on a system that isn't maintained regularly. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Drumore area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
